With our "choose your own adventure" approach to movement, you can start with anything that catches your eye!
Our Instructors approach their classes by providing options for you to choose for your body. You can go as slow or fast as you please with no weight or as much weight as you'd like! Functional movement is our focus :)
The Toronto Barre Collective is a place where community can gather to safely navigate their health and wellness goals with support and comfort. Using a mindful physical movement approach, we aim to create connection and transform the understanding of what it can mean to be in good health.
